直升後給的獎學金 會和政府的齊一方案 擇一嗎 還是兩個可以同時領 例如說：有兩萬的獎學金，也符合齊一方案的知格，那就是只要繳和公立一樣的學費，又能領兩萬回家嗎？ 那以後的半免或全免呢？ 是不是繳和公立一樣的學費，也能拿回獎學金呢？ 像全免有30000多 是這樣嗎
